Rina Kumar brings nearly a decade of experience and award-winning expertise to her role as Senior Owners Corporation Manager. Beginning her strata management career in 2016, Rina quickly rose through the ranks, earning recognition as a two-time finalist for the SCA(NSW) “Rising Star” award before being named SCA(NSW) Strata Manager of the Year in 2021. She is known for her strong client relationships, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage complex portfolios. Her career has spanned both NSW and Victoria, where she continues to bring her dedication, leadership, and industry knowledge to every property she manages.

Lisa Swinney
Lisa Swinney has over 15 years' experience in the Owners Corporation management industry - and leads our Community Management team. In this role, she leads a team of ~30 professionals - including seven Owners Corporation Managers, seven Trust Accounts Associates, seven Operations Associates. She supports the team on complex issues such as construction defects, cladding rectification projects and financial anomalies/budget shortfalls, established common processes and policies across the firm and supports our team on their professional development plans.
